Refund & Returns Policy

At Beeswire, we strive to deliver high-quality distribution services that help market research companies gain visibility and leads. As our services are digital and credit-based, we have a transparent refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Refunds on Digital Services

All purchases made on Beeswire, including PR (Post Credit) plans and custom packages, are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
Due to the nature of our digital service and instant credit allocation, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Unused credits
  • Partially used plans
  • Plan cancellations initiated by the user
  • Unsatisfactory results or lower-than-expected traffic/leads

2. Trial Plan is Non-Refundable

Our Trial Plan ($19 for 100 PRs) is offered at a discounted rate to allow users to test the platform. It is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Plan Renewal and Credit Carry Forward

  • If you renew your plan within 7 days of expiration, remaining PRs from the previous cycle will be carried forward.
  • If you do not renew within 7 days, any unused PRs will be automatically deleted, and no refund will be issued.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred or were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 3 business days of the transaction. We’ll investigate the issue and respond promptly.

5. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of your current plan. You will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

Beeswire reserves the right to update or change this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. We recommend users check this page periodically for updates.
